We are currently aware of a service disruption affecting Frontier & ATT in the LTX region due to a reported fiber cut. Customers utilizing services through this provider may experience connectivity issues or service degradation.
Traffic on IP ranges 12.203.50.xx or 209.64.82.xx, or 205.238.249.xx may be impacted.
At this time estimated repair is scheduled for 1a Eastern. We are monitoring the situation closely and working with the affected provider to obtain updates on restoration efforts.
Please note that our New Jersey (NJ) office and services remain operational at this time and are not currently impacted by this outage. We will provide additional updates as information becomes available.
